Why do you not see the usual content here ?

In 2022, the Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd (Amul India) entered into an extensive business relationship with HUB.NRW -EUIndia Invest GmbH, Germany, with the objective of placing products of this well-known company in India in the large-volume and regulated mainstream retail trade (in the EU).

Just before achieving this goal (including a large-volume import) - which would have made "Amul" the first well-known Indian brand ever to make its way into the large EU retail chains - and after the de facto "delivery" of a blue print by HUB. NRW- EUIndia Invest GmbH (how an import, market launch and distribution in the EU has to be carried out in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the EU), Amul India is meanwhile trying everything imaginable in this context - after the business development in the EU was pushed forward under massive investments by HUB.NRW - EUIndia Invest GmbH - to force our company out of business.

In this effort, they even go so far as to submit incomplete and contrived facts to the high court (through lawyers) in Delhi, and try to put completely uninvolved representatives of our company in India under a certain pressure.

On this basis (submission of incomplete and fabricated facts by Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd (Amul India) to the High Court), access to all of our company websites (from India) has already been obtained (temporarily).

The significant economic damage resulting from this (in addition to this for us) and still to come will still have to be quantified.

At this point, we do not want to go into further details and information in this matter, especially those withheld from the High Court in Delhi by Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd (Amul India).

It is regrettable to see how an Indian ("flagship") company, which in our view is reputable and rich in tradition, is damaging its image and thus also the image of an entire country through this extremely questionable behaviour and practices towards business partners in Germany and the EU.

HUB.NRW - EUIndia Invest GmbH and its affiliate companies still hold the required EU trademark rights.

However, as we do not want to be directly associated with the company Kaira District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Ltd / Amul India via our brand or product pages, also in order to avoid (for us) further damage to our reputation vis-à-vis well-known trading partners in Germany and the EU, you will see this information here instead of the usual page(s).
